The controller for data processing on this website is:

Principle

This website is deliberately built to collect as little as possible. It sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps, videos or ad networks, and on a plain page view transmits no data to third parties beyond what is needed to deliver the page itself.

Hosting

This website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland in Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Server log files

When you open this site, data your browser transmits is automatically stored in server log files. These are:

• the address requested and the amount of data transferred
• date and time of access
• HTTP status code
• referrer URL
• browser type and operating system
• IP address

This data is required to operate and secure the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest lies in stable, abuse-free operation. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. The data is not merged with other sources.

Fonts

The fonts used are served from my own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

Encryption

Transmission is exclusively encrypted via TLS (recognisable by the https in the address bar).

Getting in touch

If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details solely in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for enquiries relating to possible collaboration, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete your message as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest once statutory retention periods expire.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
